Returns Policy Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. Once what you have ordered arrives, if for any reason you wish to return the goods (it could be that you changed your mind or the product is damaged), you have 14 days from the date the goods were dispatched to return them to us for a replacement or a refund in full. All we ask is that books and games be in as-new condition; and that tapes, CDs, (unless they are faulty) remain unopened. Contracts and Agreement masters consist of Intellectual Property and as such, are not subject to this returns policy. Software, in accordance with industry standards, is not returnable unless faulty. Empower Education Seminars: Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. We stand behind our seminars with a "Money-back Satisfaction Guarantee". It works like this: If after attending Day 1 you are not fully satisfied that the course is tremendous value for money, please see the programme director, turn in your course manual, materials and workbook and we will arrange a prompt and courteous refund. (Please see the relevant course information brochure for any further details.) Seminar Cancellation Policy Should you be unable to attend a seminar that you have booked, a substitute attendee is always welcome. A full refund (less $195 administration fee) will be given to cancellations given in writing more than 14 days prior to the event. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received within 14 days. Sorry, there's no refund of fees for cancellations made in the 24 hours before the seminar. All changes to registrations must be in writing. Information contained on the Empower Educaion web site constitutes an "invitation to treat". No such information constitutes an offer by us to supply any products or services. Errors and Omissions Excepted. This means that you can enter private information (contact details, credit card numbers, etc) with the knowledge that no one but us can read it. We have never had a case of credit card fraud.
