Empower Education was established in 1991 by Pearl Sidwell & Peter Aranyi with the aim to provide powerful, life-changing educational and personal development opportunities. Empower Education has run programmes and services for clients throughout New Zealand, Asia and India. Pearl & Peter’s family are currently based in Auckland, New Zealand.
We bring to New Zealand the best financial education the world has to offer. We have had the privilege of working to create and deliver programmes featuring: Robert Kiyosaki, Dolf de Roos, Martin Hawes, Olly Newland, John Burley, Frank Newman and others.
Empower Education has delivered many high impact educational programmes to thousands of people throughout New Zealand and Asia and worked with some of the region’s most successful companies and institutions.
Our 3 Hours to Freedom® Club and Investors Essentials™ series offer you the chance to experience the power of a like-minded and supportive community in the pursuit of financial freedom. Many of our graduates find the ongoing support of the Empower Education network invaluable.

Background:
Between 1991 and 1997 Empower Education led Youth Leadership and Study Skills Programmes throughout New Zealand. Over 2,300 teenagers have completed our programmes including Tu Tauira™, Success for Teens™, High Speed Study Skills™ and Exam Clinic™.
Empower Education also trained teachers and tutors in Accelerated Learning methods through our four day course Excellence in Teaching™ and has delivered study skills, business communication, and rapid reading courses to corporate clients including Air NZ, Tower Corporation, IBM, Henley MBA, Manukau City Council, Internal Affairs Dept, Crown Forestry Rental Trust.
We were founding trustees of the Global Youth Foundation Inc. which delivers the Discovery programme for teenagers and co-founded the NZ Accelerated Learning Convention.
In 1998 our association with US- based financial educator Robert Kiyosaki led to us working with him to distribute his revolutionary educational board game CASHFLOW® and other material.
In 1999 we formed the 3 Hours to Freedom® club – a monthly gathering of people wanting to learn more about business and investing, and to meet other like-minded people.
We present the Dr Dolf de Roos Property Investors School™ and Olly Newland’s Mastering Property Investment™ which we consider to be the two finest educational programmes teaching successful property investing.
We also offer Financially Free Families™ programmes including The BEST: Business Entrepreneurial Skills for Teens®.
Recently, we have developed The INVESTORS ESSENTIALS™ series.
This informal seminar offers the chance to learn from experienced investors in a specific niche as they offer the benefit of their knowledge to others. So far, we’ve offered Investors Essentials Seminars on Wraps & Rent-to-Buy in NZ, Commercial Property, and Negotiating Real Estate Deals with more coming.
